For me, color is a fundamental tool when starting to create a work, I analyze a lot what type of color palette I like, it combines and plays well with what I want to capture on the canvas. The subject or reference image from which I am going to be inspired to make the artistic painting is also useful. I really like painting with acrylics, it seems like an easy technique, varied and striking colors with a lot of contrast.
